With a background that spans both commercial and high-end residential projects, Alex plays a key role in setting projects up for success—long before the first shovel hits the ground.

Alex’s strengths lie in project estimating, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and value engineering. He is deeply involved in every phase of preconstruction, from reviewing plans and developing schedules to negotiating contracts and preparing accurate forecasts. His goal is to ensure every project is aligned with client expectations, budget targets, and construction timelines from day one.

Before joining Neelz, Alex served as a General Contractor and Project Manager for a custom remodeling firm in the Denver Metro area. There, he managed multiple complex projects simultaneously, led subcontractor recruitment and development, and built strong relationships with clients and lenders. His hands-on experience in both field and office roles gives him a practical understanding of how to bridge planning with execution.
