Bill Unger brings more than two decades of hands-on construction and operations experience to his role as Superintendent at Neelz. Known for his attention to detail, strong leadership, and deep understanding of high-end residential construction, Bill plays a critical role in ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
In his role, Bill is responsible for coordinating day-to-day on-site activities, managing subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and making sure every phase of construction meets the highest standards for quality and compliance. His ability to keep projects on schedule and within budget, while maintaining clear communication with all participants, makes him a trusted leader on the job site.
Before joining Neelz, Bill served in leadership roles for several Florida-based construction firms, overseeing luxury home renovations, multi-unit developments, and investment property restorations. His work has included managing multimillion-dollar projects, streamlining operations, and collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and local building departments. Bill is also bilingual in Spanish, which helps facilitate seamless communication on diverse job sites.
