Brad Murphy joined Neelz Contracting as a Superintendent in early 2022, bringing with him more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Brad owned and operated his own construction company for 13 years before relocating to Florida. Since then, he has continued to hone his craft working with a prominent residential and commercial builder specializing in new construction across South Florida.

At Neelz Contracting, Brad plays a vital role in daily field operations. He supervises jobsite crews and subcontractors, coordinates the delivery of project-specific materials, and works closely with our project management team to ensure seamless communication between the office and the field. His commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards is evident in every project he oversees.

Brad’s deep industry knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and passion for revitalizing spaces make him a key asset to our team. Whether managing complex renovations or ground-up builds, Brad takes pride in turning vision into reality—one project at a time.
