Then, we finalize the project’s schedule and timeline, and the client makes a financial deposit. Generally, the overall timeline for a project depends on varying factors, including how quickly decisions are made on behalf of the client, what type of project they would like us to complete, and when the permit is approved, if applicable. The required materials for a project also play a role in its timeline. For example, impact windows and doors take about four to six weeks to arrive once ordered.
What are your payment terms?
During our first meeting, we will present a financial plan that details every cost associated with all aspects of your project, from start to finish. You will be asked to make payments at various stages of the construction process. Your payment amount and schedule will be clearly outlined in your contract to avoid any surprises. Do you have experience working with HOAs?
