Meet our Team of Contracting Professionals

Ryan Nehls, general contractor, owner and President of Neelz Contracting, is a Jupiter resident and Florida native. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. After completing his degree, he entered the wholesale plumbing and construction market as a sales representative, working with architects and engineers in product specifications and estimating construction projects.

In 2014, Ryan received his certification as a licensed real estate agent and took his talents to the residential market, buying, improving, and selling homes. He was later employed by a luxury home builder where he refined his construction experience as a superintendent, overseeing the entire construction process for each client. After realizing he had a passion for building and renovating spaces, Ryan earned his general contractor license from the State of Florida and established Neelz Contracting in 2017. His knowledge and experience provide him with a unique and well-rounded perspective on all construction projects, from new construction to historic renovations.

Ariana Williams handles all office management and operations, including marketing, for Neelz Contracting.

She began her career in the construction industry after graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing and Communications. She began working as a marketing and development professional for a large sitework contractor, bringing with her a fresh perspective on new prospects and job development. In 2017, she switched gears to the healthcare and assisted living industry, working as a marketing manager for one of the largest home healthcare companies in Florida. There she led a team of marketing professionals, managed all traditional and digital marketing strategies, and oversaw all charity fundraising events for the company’s non-profit sector.

With over ten years of experience in marketing and client relations, Ariana brings a full spectrum of valuable skills and assets to our company.

Samantha Nehls manages both roles of Legal and Payables for Neelz Contracting.

Samantha, a Jupiter native, stems from a family of law. She began her studies at the University of South Florida, graduating on the Dean’s list with a bachelor’s degree in criminology. She then continued her education at Stetson University College of Law, receiving her Juris Doctor in 2015 and is currently licensed with the Florida Bar.

After devoting many years to juvenile and family law litigation, she joined forces with her husband in September 2022 expanding her legal expertise to the construction industry. Samantha oversees all legal binding documents and insurances for the company while ensuring policies and procedures are intact. Additionally, she handles our payables department working alongside our office manager.

Samantha brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our day-to-day operations.

Danielle Levine is a Project Manager at Neelz Contracting. She has over 9 years of managerial experience working in the construction and property maintenance industries.

Danielle relocated to Florida from Boston while in grade school, ultimately graduating from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in legal studies. After graduating, she returned to Boston for career opportunities before eventually making her way back to Florida.

Danielle’s family background is in construction, and this inspired her to focus on project management for both residential and commercial construction and design. Her experience includes managing home designs from conception to completion, overseeing project installations, managing construction costs, and much more. She works directly with clients and our superintendents, making sure communication is clear and the clients’ expectations are met.

Danielle says she enjoys the challenge of working on various general contractor projects at Neelz Contracting and being hands-on during the entire construction process. Her valuable skills and top-notch experience are a tremendous asset to our company.

Corey Watson is a Superintendent with Neelz Contracting. He has been with the company since it opened in 2017.

Corey began his career in the field, quickly leveraging his skillset and unbeatable work ethic to become a field superintendent. Corey oversees our field team and sub-contractors to ensure all work is completed correctly and efficiently. Some of Corey’s day-to-day responsibilities include regular site visits with county inspectors, timely delivery of job materials, and correspondence with the office and project manager to ensure client-to-field communication is always clear.

A true Florida native, Corey was born and raised in Hobe Sound, Florida. His greatest asset is his intuitive knowledge of the construction process and helping our clients feel comfortable and confident that Neelz will bring their vision to life.

Brad Murphy is a Superintendent at Neelz Contracting, joining the team in early 2022.

Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Brad owned and operated his own construction company for 13 years before moving to Florida. He continued utilizing his expertise working for a residential and commercial builder specializing in new construction in south Florida. Brad’s days consist of supervising our field crews and subcontractors, while managing the delivery of job specific materials to his allocated projects. Working alongside our project management team, he ensures client-to-field communication is clear and project deadlines are met.

With over 30 years in the construction industry, Brad brings extensive knowledge and excellent field management skills to Neelz Contracting. His attention to detail and passion for taking something old and making it new again shows in every aspect of his construction projects.
