Ryan Nehls, general contractor, owner and President of Neelz Contracting, is a Jupiter resident and Florida native. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. After completing his degree, he entered the wholesale plumbing and construction market as a sales representative, working with architects and engineers in product specifications and estimating construction projects. 

In 2014, Ryan received his certification as a licensed real estate agent and took his talents to the residential market, buying, improving, and selling homes. He was later employed by a luxury homebuilder where he refined his construction experience as a superintendent, overseeing the entire construction process for each client. After realizing he had a passion for building and renovating spaces, Ryan earned his general contractor license from the State of Florida and established Neelz Contracting in 2017.

His knowledge and experience provide him with a unique and well-rounded perspective on all construction projects, from major renovations to new construction.
