He is a rare talent that can do it all. Whether designing in real time/real space with his tape measure, managing subs, or super hero on the roof catching a hoisted window pane that was fluttering in the wind, you can have 1,000% confidence the job gets done and done right. He is then backed by extremely talented office staff. Ricardo was spectacular on design. Danielle and Ariana (materials, admin, on-the-spot all-around fixers/do-ers) are like the "You're in Good Hands" team from All-State, as I always felt like they had my back, were super smart, and made great calls at every step of the way that I would not have been able to do on my own or with the aid of consultants. We've had an exceptional experience with Ryan and the team at Neelz Contracting. Simply put, they transformed our home exceeding even our highest expectations. I met with several contractors prior to deciding on Neelz and quite frankly, no one could hold a candle to what Ryan promised and ultimately delivered. Our work with Neelz was two-fold, first adding a 500 sq ft addition and converting a 1/2 bath to a full, and then a complete interior remodel. Ryan himself was on-site regularly, and the project team provided weekly status update reports and progress photos while we were out of town. As with any job, we had unexpected hurdles and each time Ryan personally addressed every issue along the way (large and small) with a safe and effective solution. Ryan is a stand up guy who is trustworthy, fair, and will stand by his commitments, which also extends to sub-contractors who he works with. From the initial plans/proposal to the final "punch list", Ryan has followed through on all the details to ensure the job was fully completed. Additionally, Ryan worked within our budget to prepare a detailed proposal which was helpful to prioritize and make changes where necessary. Further, there were no surprise/unexpected expenses at the end of the job. All change orders were flagged/communicated in advance and quantified. To sum it all up, Neelz Contracting will treat your home with the care and respect that they would give their own.
